I love checking out food markets wherever I travel. I am often underwhelmed and disappointed by pricing/quality of what I find. Barcelona's La Boqueria market is one of my top 3 favorite in the world.
The market gets crazy busy with tourists and locals. If you don't like crowds, I recommend you go early in the morning or before the typical Spanish lunch time.
